I would pay a bunch of engineers to come up with all sorts of mechanical, aeronautical and mathematical reasons why it had to look like that. In response to the inevitable criticisms and moments they would appear on media, along with graphs and charts and demographics to explain that it was NOT designed to look like a big black cock, but rather that its shape was simply the most scientifically efficient design devised by the most advanced computer modelling available to mankind. They would do this with entirely straight faces and appear to be rather annoyed.
