Languages differ in how people talk, so it might be excrutiatingly difficult to come up with something that means the same thing and sounds reasonably normal, and English is a bizarre language to begin with, so it's extra hard to translate into and from almost any other language.

In every interview they mention that they may ask you to do something that goes beyond your job description, and most people say yes because they want the job and want the money.
