It's really not THAT bad as lobotomies and other severe malpractice, but it'll be a great example on how political bias and correctness can impact science (namely, focusing on some studies and flat out ignoring others, which is quite bad in this age of a experimental replication era).

Here's the real question. Should the ideal tranny be tightly circumcised and sadistically dominated, or should they be uncut and super sensitive? My assumption was always that the former would be dominant, however briefly looking through a few trap threads I've actually seen a trend towards the latter. These people seem to actually desire femininity, they don't see it as a basis for dominance over another being/male.
