The videos themselves aren't that bad, you can see that despite the soi-ish artwork, there is human effort in the animation of it. They even produce all the music in-house, when they could easily just use Kevin Macleod's work.

I'm pretty sure that 10 minutes is the most optimum length for youtube's monetization to benefit the video creator.
I remember hearing about it years ago when a lot of the big youtubers all shortened their video lengths to about 10 minutes, then a guy explained it. Evidently 10 minutes is the minimum amount of content that generates a good amount of ad revenue.
So a lot of youtubers pad out their videos to hit just over the 10 minute mark. So if a youtuber does this you can absolutely confirm that they are a soulless shill or has a marketing scheme behind them making the decisions... or they're just lazy.

If you ever watch a video on a subject that you actually know about then you realise just how shallow their videos actually are, they barely say anything about a subject but dumb normies come away with a feeling of smug satisfaction because the 'information' was presented by a man with a sophisticated bong accent who read a script with some level of confidence.

Another issue I have is with the pacing. Despite saying so little, they never stop or give a moment to think and reflect on what has been said. The lack of pauses mean it's just a constant onslaught of words. Maybe I'm just a tinfoil hat schizo but I feel like word barrage forms of presentation are designed to tell a person what to think, rather than imbuing them with any capability for introspection and reflection on a subject. Brainwashing, really.
