look it up, one of these people got it over 3 months later, and bell's palsy is pretty common-around 2 incidences each year per 10k people. It's not often you have a bad reaction to a vaccine delayed by 3 months. If the vaccine does trigger bell's palsy it's probably a sub-1 in 10k side-effect. Other vaccines have similar rates of side effects.

Bell's Palsy is caused by Herpes. A viral flare up inflames and deadens the facial nerves.
