Saying does something exist has a problem in that exist is a verb.

Verbs DO something, which requires time. If the past and future therefore DO not exist, then the problem is with stuffing that concept into a verb.

Perhaps existence needs it's own part of speech, but we stuff exist it into a verb and existence into a noun representing all that 'does' the verb exist
