time is a measure of transformation or just motion. first law of thermodynamics, energy is never destroyed it only changes from, the measure of these changing forms is time. Also nothing int he matrix stands still, so again time is the measure of motion which is the same essentially thing as transformation just a more base level measurement of it. You have to realize there are multiple layers of dimensions all interconnected so these things are happening in all of them simultaneously. It is essentially the same process but the way it manifests in that dimension can slightly differ. I know this probably sounds like world jumble if you dont fully understand it but once you understand the science it will make sense to you. It is hard to describe in a way most people can understand because they are conditioned to think linearly when in reality time is cyclical.

Energy isn't a thing. Can't see or smell it, can't isolate a joule. It's not even a property of particles, it doesn't make sense to say an electron has 4 joules. We only say they have energy relative to other particles so really it's a description of relationships between particles. Like if 2 particles start x distance apart you say they have y energy and that means they can move around in different ways up to being x apart.
