The last one is “be born” isn’t it? IT BETTER FUCKING NOT BE I WANT OFF THIS RIDE

Pic not related.

How do you get born after you die?
You were "born" from gametes.

This is based on the idea that your life is part of a possibly infinite cycle and your consciousness only shifts from one life to another. However, once you have died, the question whether or not your consciousness shifts becomes non-sensical because there's no consciousness to begin with.
The idea above is as logically sound as the idea that, based on the assumption that other people have consciousness, their consciousness is actually identical to your consciousness.

To put it short. No, I can't rigorously disprove that we're not all living in a cycle where we're forced for eternity to live through mostly horrid lives. However, I will also point out that this question is ultimately metaphysical. To cite Wittgenstein, your philosophical problem is actually a semantic problem. A problem that does not exist because it's not really making sense in the first place.

this
consider how much of your consciousness relies on you being able to recall memories
without memory recall you only exist one frame at a time, as if you never existed in the previous frames at all
be born implies no memory

So it's an infinite cycle of amnesia and suffering? This is not ideal.

To be honest, the variety of possibilites that may exist, I at least claim so, means that if it's an cycle, it's only an infinite cycle of amnesia. Suffering might be possible in only some universes whereas in others, it's a completely impossible concept.

This is an argt of pascal that stuck with me

So close yet so far away
You don't get what conscousness is and your arrogance prevents growth into the next level of awareness

just look at the vatican hall. A serpent.
You are in hell and most are pretending.
Are you being punished? Are you being trained? Who knows.
