The Cold Winters Theory proposed by Richard Lynn and Tatu Vanhanen states that races living in cold dry climates have higher intelligence, while races living in warm humid climates have lower intelligence.

According to Allen-Bergmann's Rule, larger and rounder body shapes reduce surface area exposure and heat loss while increasing heat retention. So nonwhites such as Finns and Koreans have larger brains and higher encephalization, whiles whites have smaller brains and lower intelligence. Koreans have an average IQ of 107, while Finns have an average IQ of 104. On the other hand, whites have an average IQ of 100. Whiteness is just simply adaptations to survive in warm humid climes.

According to Templer (2006), IQ correlates at -0.76 for mean high winter temperature, − 0.66 for mean low winter temperature, clearly demonstrating that the whiter you are, the less intelligent you are.

According to Pesta (2014), temperature predicts IQ (and other well-being variables) within the 50 U.S. states. Colder U.S. states have higher income, higher IQ, less crime because they have more mongoloid traits.

Koreans are pressurized by their society to be smart. The only thing they can provide to the rest of the world is intellectual property(they have very little jobs that don't require some sort of higher education) they barely have any natural resources so of course they'll incentivize most of them to get the best education they can afford. IQ tests can be studied and prepared for, the current IQ record holder(not Laghan) did a bunch of them.
Finns do not have an incentive to study hard and in fact their schools are incredibly unorthodox compared to the rest of the world where students don't have homework and are encouraged to develop their creativity and understand things at their own pace rather than have the information shoved down their throat like we do in America or most of Europe. Elon musk also created a personal school of his own for his children so they can benefit from a similar method of teaching.

Yes, IQ is a somewhat good predictor when it comes to life success and income. This however should not give rise to the idea that intelligence itself is directly tied to success in life. IQ tests ultimately measure something that is closely tied to cultural and social expectations. And it is exactly this, fulfilling those expectations, that plays a very important part when it comes to success.

It's obvious that there are more reasonable explanations for a possible difference in IQ:

>Agriculture

Europe's has a much more friendly climate for agriculture, native animals were much easier to breed and domesticate, which gave rise to many cultural centers in close proximity. (Same reason native Americans got sick, but the European Conquerors not)

>Culture

Those cultural centers developed at different times/far enough to each other to have their own cultures, but close enough to spread ideas among them.(Imagine how Industrialization would've spread in say America). Then there's Spread of Christianity , it makes the foundation for bigger societies, for which the religious rules of paganism wouldn't be suited. Also, like Judaism, Christianity valued religious practices which spread/taught (institutional/intellectual)knowledge.

Saying that the disadvantages of a region rather than the advantages cause a difference in IQ, which is obviously tied to an advanced society, seems to me like an really idiotic approach.
