I was reading up on this and noticed that early ED can be caused by consumption of pornography. I'm 20 and experience this sometimes, used to watch porn constantly.

It was a problem in one of my last relationships but was rectified when I cut pornography out of my life and made my woman at the time my only sexual outlet

In a new relationship now, experienced this the other day again (after months of using pornography since my last relationship). In an effort to get on the right track sooner rather than later and not disappoint my woman, aside from cutting out pornography from my life again, what are some ways I can drop this early life ED and increase my sexual desire outside of porn?

X posted in advice, put it here too since there is a neurological aspect to it. Help please

Riiight....

There are studies which show that testosterone levels are not related to ED in men with normal testosterone levels. And that testosterone therapy, note, doesn't help much in men with low T . But the advice around naturally increasing or optimising your testosterone is all the usual lifestyle stuff so it wouldn't hurt to try it. Exercise, sleep, good diet with enough protein especially creatine e.g. in salmon, tuna, beef, good sleep, lower your cortisol/stress levels, vitamin D/sunlight. Mg and Zn supplements will help if you are low on them. And D-aspartic acid supplement.

Also, and in terms of how your body uses T, fapping reduces androgen receptors in the brain, in a study in rats. Another study showed that it increases estrogen receptors. Overall it may not have much effect on serum T but it could be worth not doing too much fapping.

But exercise seems to be the bottom line for so many aspects of physiology.
