What sort of differential geometry? I'm assuming of curves and surfaces (fun and easier) and not general manifolds if you don't have topology.

still need to pick which graduate program i am going to but it is either:

>geometrical optics
>radiation & detectors
>mathematical methods for optics
or
>advanced classical mechanics
>quantum mechanics
>topics in modern physics research
>light-matter interactions
both should mostly be reviewing past topics with a few new things so im not worried about that, but i am worried about having to move and live on my own for once, as well as having to network with professors and whatever other shit
