The mast was turned off whilst it was being repaired. This is the before segment of the picture.

As to the accuracy of the device, to my recollection as a broadband meter this particular one relative to a known signal does show major deficits in some ranges. But they're not the common communication bands. I can't remember the organization's name that tested, he does building health and hygiene.

2. you not only need a meter but also the wavelength of each wave to determine exactly what it is (eg cellphones, radio, TV, TV sender, XM, satellite TV, etc) in order to determine exactly what was causing it
3. it's fine, if you feel otherwise then build your own radio and see if there is interference on civilian bands and music stations. If there is, you got a problem
