Sorry, I'm not trying to be deceptive but everyone in the comments on the video and the official JPL channel believe this to be an actual video recording. I knew it seemed like still photos and mentioned so in the comments, everyone called me a flat earther or climate change denier. So I figured I'd come to /sci/ for real answers, though I did get what I wanted. You guys are calling me schizo too for merely stating the obvious.

The animation is CGI created using actual data. Electricity and bandwidth is at an EXTREME premium in the outer solar system, so no probe is going to be sending several minutes of video casually.
