What is the absolute state of the art right now in embryo engineering available to someone with unlimited resources, unlimited access, and no inhibitions?

Statistically I wonder what the survival rate was?

How many children did women have on average? How many lived to one year old, how many to 2, 5, 10, 15? how many were able to marry and then have children themselves? any clue where one would go to look for this data? europeans should have the records somewhere right?
