What he said is true. There are sub Conscious biological triggers built into man prior to the social contracts of the modern world that undermine this agenda of acceptance. The same tools used for attraction to a mate are going to undermine a lot of the transgender desire to blend in among their opposite gender of choice.
I think the sad thing is that you convince people to make these big alterations to their body with the promise that is what will finally get them accepted, but it's still falling short on the biological scale regardless of social acceptance.
People are free , in my opinion, to do this to themselves, but they can't force nature around them.
