Don't bother answering if your explanation is one word or a single phrase.
The following explanations are invalid:
>we don't know
>spacetime curvature
>consciousness
>extra dimensions
>parallel/ extra universe(s)
>electric universe with tesla.jpg
>Wall of text with Latex math summarizing general relativity
>string theory
>this question is impossible to answer
>hermetic mysticism + wildly incoherent, speculative rambling

Please do not reply if you just finished watching PBS Spacetime and think you are now a big boy.
Please do not reply if you are a belligerent nigger who is just going to troll in all caps.
Please do not reply if you are going to ramble incoherently using physics terms as if they are interchangeable.
As always, please feel obligated to enumerate every single detail of your reasoning and define your terms when needed.

Quantum mechanics is a hoax.
If you do research into gravitational waves the results were because of computer algorithm errors.
The LIGO results were officially protested because the scientists are lieing about results to get research grants.
There are no gravitational waves, or evidence that they are real.
It is a hypothesized phenomenon with no supporting observed evidence.

That's because moment those reasons are correct, so "please don't post wrong answers" is reasonable.
When a group of scientists publish fradulant results, and other scientists try and explain the results, all answers are wrong.

It's like me saying I can teleport and asking you to explain it scientifically.
The scientists involved in gravitational wave research are playing you like a bitch.

I am aware of this argument.
Are you saying that gravity is a hoax?
If not, then would you care to explain the mechanism for gravitation?
I find it difficult to believe that gravitational waves do not exist, because I believe gravity exists, and I observe that this force of gravity is indistinguishable from acceleration due to constant thrust, which requires an exchange of momentum between a body and some propelling force.
Also, I ain't clicking that shit nigger.

>> No.11121579

>>11121549
Ironically the notion that gravitational waves are a hoax is a hoax. It's a bit too close for comfort that that people are starting to think of gravity as a mechanical wave traversing some medium, instead of some defacto force that can only be explained though abstract, contrived mathematics.
Silly goyim.

>> No.11121590

>>11121570
I am not saying gravity isn't real or anything like that.
Gravity is a natural phenomenon of attraction just like magnetism, electronegativity, chemical bonding etc,
All it is is that mass attracts mass, with an inverse square law just like light, there is no more magic or quantum phenomenon to it that when you hold two magnets in your hand and they attract each other, or having a statically charged piece of cling film stick to something.

And you don't need to click it, just read the link
>New scientist magazine
>Grave concerns over gravitational wave research.

I'm not trolling man, I know it feels like I am but I did a lot of work and research into QM, and I'm sorry but it's So diluted with fradulant research it's basically a religion now.
You can publish anything, there is a peer reviewed paper that proved the existence of God lol.
And no I'm not going to tell you which university I went to.
You will just have to intuitively work out if im lieing or not :)

Well I'm not really interested in the arguing the validity of quantum mechanics.
This thread is dedicated to the mechanism responsible for the phenomenon of gravitation.
"All it is is mass attracts mass" doesn't satisfy as an explanation. It's just an observation.
I find this extremely annoying and patronizing.

>> No.11121601

>>11121594
Furthermore, you can't reduce the notion of gravitational waves to "quantum mechanics, which I am in opposition of."
Classical mechanics describes the motions of waves in a medium just fine. I don't know how you could draw that conclusion of
>gravitational waves are quantum mechanics, and I don't believe in quantum mechanics so therefore gravitational waves don't exist
Also, you really should be able to explain why gravitational waves are a hoax without linking to some buzzfeed article for inbred retards.

>> No.11121602

>>11121595
Hypothesized explanations of theoretical gravitational phenomenon is quantum mechanics.
They are trying to prove theories of how gravity is theorised to work.
Don't you know what quantum mechanics means?

So bro you know how things can't move faster than light? What if like gravity can't move faster than light? So like if you have a change in gravity somewhere, like the change won't be felt instantaneously everywhere it'll propagate at the speed of light. So if we like make something change speed we end up with this change in gravity piling up.

A team of five researchers — James Creswell, Sebastian von Hausegger, Andrew D. Jackson, Hao Liu and Pavel Naselsky — from the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen, presented their own analysis of the openly available LIGO data. And, unlike the LIGO collaboration itself, they come to a disturbing conclusion: that these gravitational waves might not be signals at all,
