Scientifically speaking, what would even happen if you had a Graham's number of ants?

>> No.11070721

black hole

>> No.11070723

Both sides collapse into black holes before they can even take their positions on the battlefield.

>> No.11070725

>>11070723
False. Imagine googloplex of marines in your mind. Did your mind or brain collapsed into black hole? Of course not.

>> No.11070730

>>11070720
Assuming the Universe is large enough to fit this (lol), the war would practically never end, but the ants would eventually win. Graham's number is so much larger than googleplex it is absurd.

>> No.11070737

Assuming the marines have infinite ammo and you discard gravity and other bs, the marines win.

The marines just back away slowly while firing.

Ants only have a melee attack and marines have projectile weapons. As long as the marines keep out of range of the ants attack they will eventually win.

Would a googolplex of humans even be any larger than a galaxy?

>> No.11070751

>>11070725
I don't think one could actually imagine a googolplex of something. Most people struggle to imagine a thousand of something clearly.

Nevermind, just checked how much mass the observable universe has

Ants are fast and will also outlast the marine's retreat with efficient insect energy use

The real question here is if the marines can survive until the ants die of old age. What equipment is each marine given?

I usually assume people can imagine a collection of 50,000-100,000 human sized objects because most people in developed countries have either been to or seen a sporting event in a stadium that size.

It actually did. There is now fire in my mind.

By sheer chance one of the ants will dodge every single bullet fired at it, and slowly bite every marine to death. Grahams number is big.

If you're unsure about this, you're thinking of googol. Googolplex is 10^googol which is big.

There are so many ants that something completely unexpected could happen. Maybe they go beyond black holes and form a godhead that dreams up a universe, Elder Scrolls style.

The ants would definitely win due to their hard exoskeleton and many legs, there's no way the US Marines would beat us.

ITT: people who don't realize that OP is a Marine who is dealing with an ant infestation in his bunkhouse.

protip op just get some brake cleaner and spray everything, plugging the holes they come from with silly putty, grease, or car stopleak. It will kill them straight away since it's all oil based and thus extremely poisonous
