If the magnetic part of the Lorentz force depends only on charge, the magnetic field and the speed of an object, how the fuck do immobile uncharged magnets make each other move?
Or similarly, why does a magnet make an uncharged piece of iron move?

Forgot to answer the second part. The magnetic field from the permanent magnet causes the """electron orbits""" to align in the iron, creating a temporary magnet. Then you have two dipole and you can simply calculate the force between them. Literally just google "magnetic dipole force"
