Do leaders need to be educated in science & math? Boris Johnson studied Classics, Obama studied Law, Trump studied Economics.

Nope. They have others to think for them.

leaders can be absolute morons as long as they listen to the right people. this is why advisors are important.

there hasn't been objectively high intelligence leaders like Alexander The Great which was breed an eugenic Chad all rounder, educated by greek philosophers and scientists since birth or a natural mastermind like Napoleon in a long ass time.

You forgot Bush senior. Very intelligent and well educated man, and it showed in how he lost 92 to a 105-iq guy with mild ADD.

You need to be socialized now to become a leader. Alexander the Great was able to be "homeschooled" because he was going to inherit his father's armies regardless of his connections. You can't inherit the Presidency. You need to be socialized with the right people. So you need to go to the right schools (NYC Private Schools, CT Boarding Schools, Ivy Leagues/Oxbridge).

wouldnt compere that wigga with the emperors. hell no.
at best leaders now are well versed in literature and the cultural. but not anything else.

>>11046598
yea. i agree thats part of the problem. when you know you will have a son that will inherit political power you can start forging him into a hero from birth. Alexander was planned a master piece.

For what reason? Politicians mostly need to be aware of the world's culture and history. This is what the humanities are for.

Thatcher - chemistry, Merkel - physics

everyone on the standing comittee of the ccp are stem engineers. xi himself is a chemical engineer. hu jintao was also an engineer.

amerifat politicians study law because they dont produce anything of value like the leeches they are

Ok but would you rather have a lawyer scheming against you or a chemical engineer? Or does it not matter?

Leaders need poker skills not science skills. Advisers are used for thinking.

They should be educated in soft sciences, like statistcs... racial statistics

It's a social science and hardly worth the academic fortitude when only at the undergrad level.

I think as far as their position and success is concerned, them attending university is more a matter of making connections than taking in the subject.

They should know enough basic math and science to understand the consequences of their actions and to understand the problems of the world. But mostly they should study philosophy to be like Plato's philosopher king.

It seems that it's downright dangerous to have scientist leaders.
