No, it's pretty true. There are genetic limitations on your achievements, and IQ is just one measure of these limitations. It's a fact that someone with an IQ like OPs will never, with any feasible work ethic or bootstrap lifting, publish a paper in pure mathematics. That's not to say he can't do other things and work to better himself; he just has a biologically imposed ceiling, and can no more perform intellectually intense feats than he can outrun Usain Bolt.
