If we can engineer the structure of the local quantum vacuum state, we can engineer the fabric of our reality at the most fundamental level (thus affecting a physical system's inertial and gravitational properties). This realization would greatly advance the fields of aerospace propulsion and power generation.

You don't know a single thing about engineering or quantum mechanics or physics in general.

>Trying to engineer the fabric of our reality by affecting the local quantum state
Let me guess, you believe in astrology too? Trying to use the quantum vacuum for thrust is on the same level as using essential oils to fight viruses. The better way to create propulsion from nothing is to use a multi-spectral EM beam with a concave tapering photonic resonance chamber to create the Dean Effect. This uses antiphotonic reactions rather than meme-quantum effects. You can even demonstrate it yourself using a teflon isotope prism.

We straight.

How? The vacuum is just some state. We can act on it with creation and annihilation operators i.e make and destroy particles, but that's all. The vacuum might decay, but that's not really something we can affect, anymore than we can affect the rate a radioactive nucleus decays at.

Everything that surrounds us, ourselves included, can be described as macroscopic collections of fluctuations, vibrations, and oscillations in quantum mechanical fields. Matter is confined energy, bound within fields, frozen in a quantum of time. Therefore, under certain conditions (such as the coupling of hyper-frequency axial spin with hyper-frequency vibrations of electrically charged systems) the rules and special effects of quantum field behavior also apply to macroscopic physical entities (macroscopic quantum phenomena).

So describe a cannon ball falling form a tower in terms of "macroscopic collections of fluctuations, vibrations, and oscillations in quantum mechanical fields"

You do know that it doesn't work due to unstable due to neogenic resistance in the quantum vacuum, right? Oh what am I saying? An idiot like you probably thinks that a parabolic magnet assembly can be used to re-modulate muon signatures.

Actually that thought has never crossed my mind...

Damn imagine being such a retard newfag to physics that they never even thought of parabolic magnet assemblies being used to re-modulate muon signatures

Good for you. Do you want goodboy points for not falling into an obvious trap? You'd demand a trophy for learning how to invert an atomic matrix, not something complex like Triethyluranium but something simple like Helium or Aluminum. Sit the fuck down, you're not the next Higgs.
