I've been skimming through all the Tesla threads, I've come to the conclusion that most of it is over-exaggeration and misunderstanding. I think there existed a technological bottleneck, if you will, that prevented a lot of his work from manifesting because the physics and the materials weren't advanced enough during his time. It seems there is no time better than the present that's conducive enough to allow his ideas come to fruition. Here's a new link to the introduction of wireless charging, something he envisioned ~100 years ago.

reality/

Things are starting to accelerate pretty quickly, will we see flying personal vehicles soon perhaps? Is the range of this technology adequate to charge planes while they're flying in the air? I'm sure the military is already working on such things, but what is the limit to this current civilian accessible tech within the next few years?

CIA/MI6/MOSSAD/NASA shitstains already have all the tech and will never let us plebs use it as long as they are in control.

Gary McKinnon (born 10 February 1966) is a Scottish [1] systems administrator and hacker who was accused in 2002 of perpetrating the "biggest military computer hack of all time," [2] although McKinnon himself - who has the mental health condition known as autism - states that he was merely looking for evidence of free energy suppression and a cover-up of UFO activity and other technologies potentially useful to the public. After a series of legal proceedings in England, McKinnon is currently fighting extradition to the United States.

You fail to recognize we live in the information technology; it was easy to suppress this arcane knowledge because few people were actively researching such things, and information wasn't as freely available. Conversely, information today moves at the speed of light, and the globe is being connected on a scale never seen before in human history. Much of Tesla's work is being thoroughly investigated by extremely sharp minds whom he inspired, and a majority of them are well intentioned.

It's impossible to stop the current momentum building behind this sort of technology, it will be incorporated into every facet of our lives and we should be preparing to accomodate such things and brainstorming about different ways in which it can be used - not worrying about the 'shitstains' whom supposedly have this tech. on lock down. I'm not sure how large a roll they play in the hinderance of Tesla's work being implemented into the gen.pop, but I know their effort is in vain and their influence is lessening on an exponential scale everyday.

When the media, the financial system, academia, intelligence agencies and governments are all controlled by the same people such things can and are suppresed

instead of jumping to the conclusion that the CIA concocted some evil conspiracy against the entire world, aren't there more practical explanations?

maybe, the world wasn't quite ready for such a tremendous leap across the technological paradigm.

maybe, we had much more to learn from our environment and each other before we were ready to utilize these tools in an efficient and non-self-destructive manner.

Do you think we're ready now?

we are the new 'media' - we are now the content producers, the journalists, the watchful eye in the sky. I don't watch TV anymore, nor do I read from heavily biased sources. The generation(s) prior to us didn't have luxuries such as the internet and free instant communication to anyone across the globe.

traditional academia is becoming obsolete thanks to the internet as well, while it might not be the best case solution in every scenario, it will rapidly transform the way in which we learn and it'll force learning institutions to adapt and reform, or die.

I don't participate in our financial ponzi scheme more than I have to inorder to get by in this 'game'. A very small minority knew about the inner-workings which facilitated the financial terrorism impoverishing the majority, and those being financially raped clung to whatever solution was being thrown at them. We now know better, we are better informed, you can wisely invest your currency in precious metals, land, bitcoins, etc. instead of opting into fiat currency. (will we even need money in the future when energy and food is produced in an over-abundance?)

these shadow agencies you're referring to are working in radically different environment than they were a few years ago. People are becoming better informed and are willing to question authority without fear of being prosecuted, thanks to anonymous outlets. The tables are turning you just have to make sure you're on the right side when it stops spinning.

the question remains whether it was a 'technological bottleneck' as you put it, or is >>5013644 the depressing truth, and if the latter...

Technology is not a linear progression - breakthroughs in one field can require many breakthroughs in others to be made first.

ex. As far as technology based on electromagnetism went during the 1800s and early 1900s (Tesla's era) it wasn't until the development of Quantum Mechanics near the turn of the century and the refinement of that field over the following decades that most of the technology we enjoy today even became possible.

Well, I doubt consumers would ever be able to purchase nuclear powered vehicles. Given that logic, I suspect the ease at which one can weaponize something if the primary factor when it comes to determining if something should or shouldn't be released to the public.
