I didn't even look at your article, but here's the answer:

Asians have higher cognitive abilities in SOME areas. It's very likely that these areas were large factors in the overall criteria of what you posted. This isn't a secret, although many people would like to, and do, ignore it. Whites are "smarter" than Blacks, and Asians are "smarter" than Whites.

This. also, asian culture is a good example of a "shame" culture (i.e. your value to the culture depends on your status and achievements) whereas the US and most of Europe are "guilt" cultures (i.e. your value to society depends on how you value yourself). So asians are driven by their culture to achieve at a higher level than us honkeys.
