Yeah, no. The truth is most people are retarded about risk analysis of crisis management scenarios. Sadly this extends to even those in high places of authority too. This is partly the fault of the US government for failing to induce some level of national preparation education concerning disease practices like they for tornado drills, fire drills and mass shooter appearances. The country dragged its feet on properly dealing with public health care and police relations. The medical system of a 1st world country should not be unable to properly take care of its citizens.
