No. It has visible filters but what people often ingore is that they're not the same as the human colour response. In human vision red and green are very close in wavelength, but that's not useful for science to have hugely overlapping filters. And often they use infrared or narrowband data which is also not what we see.

in cameras this process is automated, although you usually still slightly tweak the raw data. these webb images need manual processing, because there doesn't exist a default template. and it's a lot more complicated because of the different wavelengths, both within and between instruments.

but as JWST is a near IR scope, yes, there is a lot of 'touching up' needed to get it looking that pleasant

There is no image of the planet, the spectrum was extracted indirectly by measuring the change as the planet transmitted it's host star. The "image" of the host star would look something like this, because it's not done from imaging but a dispersed spectrum.
