Most biologists that deal with Intelligence or the brain in any way are closeted racists. I know this because I have worked with many of them. But this would never get out, because repercussions are great and these folk literally have no other means of employment because they have spent their entire life in academia, and don't want to get fired.
But they certainly aren't the /pol/ sort of racists. They don't hate black people, or low intelligence, retarded folk in general. They feel more of a pity towards them and feel that human empathy should lead us to better take care of them and provide for them than to shun them.

Here's the inconvenient red pill. We never really got out of the Middle Ages. A few did, but the vast majority of the general population are still just fucking peasants. 500 years ago they burnt people at the stake for being witches. Or for being heretics. For thinking differently. The Feudal Lords and the Church hierarchy exploited the easily manipulated peasants and supported public executions for the most obviously ridiculous reasons. It was a statement to any dangerous independent thinkers: We can fuck you up at any time for any reason and these idiots that you call your fellow humans beings will go along with the biggest bullshit we make up.
There's was a point to this bullshit. If self evident and elementary truths can not be publicly stated without reprisals, then there is no point challenging anything you dont agree with. Do not question those in charge. Do not threaten their power in any way.
Little has changed since then, except that the punishments dont involve hours of torture followed by heinously painful and gruesome executions.
