Fuck off, delete this worthless shit post

RLS is some of the goddamn fucking worst shit ever, I would rather have pain than RLS. Some nights I even punch my fucking thighs with all my might so the pain will drown out the RLS sensation in my legs.

Fuck that shit.

My wife experiences restless legs, they get worse when she's pregnant. If she takes a magnesium supplement in the late afternoon/early evening before any symptoms start to appear then it reduces the problem to a point where it's bearable.

It's definitely some sort of nutrition/mineral deficiency thing in her case.

Exercise? I don't know if this is RLS, but I get a tingling sensation in my legs in the evening. Feels kind of like continuing a BJ after you've come, just in your legs, paired kind of with the sensation of fallen asleep legs. If it gets bad enough I cant sleep.

The only thing that helps is is extreme exercise. Like 10 sets of 25 squats, and 100 romanian deadlifts.

Usually it comes with some underlying neurological problem like Parkinson's or something else. You can't cure it by doing physical exercise.

The idiots in this thread who are saying it's not real don't know what they're talking about.

Some people have the experience of persistent agitation in their legs, but its highly unlikely that everyone of these people has the same "disorder". RLS is just a label put on people who report a particular kind of symptom. Sometimes it might be psychological other times it might be from a variety of neurological issues. But there is no single disease underlying all of the patients. You can't cure it, because there is no concrete "it"

Smoke meth and sit in front of computer for 72 hours on dextrometh, and you'll be happy you can walk a little bit after that. Even if you've got that, it's beggining of symptoms of something like parkinsonisis which is caused by low dopamine, but on different part of substantia nigra which is responsible for bigger movements.

It needs dopamine to stop.
