Take Brazil as an example. The southern states have much lower cases per million than the rest of the country. But in Brazil I can assure that these whiter states populations adhere to more extreme social distancing, even though they do not have state imposed lockdowns. The brown states of the north are full of flat-earthers who don't give a fuck about anything, and ignore the advices of the government. A friend (50 % black, 50 % white) tested positive for COVID-19 infection (lost taste and smell for a while which is why he got the test). His GF lives in the same house but tested negative.

We thought is was just a false negative due to the test being only 90 % accurate. But now (1-2 months after infection) she got the antibody test that is supposed to be 99,5 - 99,9 % reliable and still it was negative.

She does take Vitamin D but I doubt it would make this much difference. Maybe just super bad luck with the tests? Or naturally immune? Or maybe that D really helps so much you don't even need detectable amount of antibodies because some other antiviral peptides or whatever kill the virus right from the start?
