Yep, tonsil stones. I used to get them, when I smoked a lot.
Oce I coughed up a particularly big one and took a look in mirror and saw lots more of these stinky fuckers in my tonsils. Spent the next haf an hr to poke em all out. I can still see the marks where they used to be.

I never had tonsilitis. In my country if you have it, you are hospitalized and have that shit cut off so that you dont have a chance at suffocating.
As I said, in my case these stones were somehow caused by smoking. Mb also drinking a lot. These things do disturb mouth biota
Tonsil stones are now long gone, but marks are still there. Mb once in a while I'll spit smt the size of a grain of sand but thats it.
Mb hadnt i poked em out, they would have just fallen off and left no matks
