Depends on rounding practices. I assume that you want 0.5 to round to 1. However, in many contexts, that's a poor practice. It makes the average artificially high. I prefer to round 5 to make the least significant even. That would mean [0,5].

Ahh, it's so nice to see people spreading my beautiful work.

I've now made another updated version of the ultimate troll image. I may work on it tomorrow; the car doesn't look that nice yet (doesn't fit the artistic style) and there's lots of other things I can probably include.
