How could one scientifically train/create the most mentally ill person in the world? The conditions being that they must not be intellectually disabled (IQ greater than 75), their condition must be more or less permanent (cannot just give somebody drugs and say they win), and they must not have an abnormal amount of physical ailments.
What parameters would an experiment such as this measure? How many are genetically capable of winning this prize? Who currently holds this title? Discuss.

Well you'd need to start with someone who posts frequently on >>>/x/ and on >>>/sci/. Then trick them into thinking the government is secretly hiding the solution to the Riemann hypothesis, and that it's this individual's job to expose the truth. Then you just have to wait for them to develop a god complex. What comes after that is uncertain.
