I'm trying to email a professor at my university that I'm transferring to about their research/joining their lab. How is this email so far? What should I add/change? Do I mention the lab skills I know? (Mammalian Cell Culturing/Transfection by electroporation, PCR, qRT-PCR, SDS Gels, Assays (BCA/Bradford), western blotting, and more?
