What is the best IQ test?

On my last Mensa test I got 169 but I'm not sure what scale they were using. Everyone smart I know doesn't care about IQ. You'd have to be a brainlet or twelve to read anything into it.

I was getting tested for a legitimate neurologic memory issue, and I was told that I had done better then last time when I got into MENSA(overrated, boring) the result should already be in the mail.last semester I was studying biology with chemistry and got an A so it makes sense I did well.

If everyone is going to criticize IQ as if it is astrology at least provide some sources. Obviously IQ is not newtons Principia, but it should not be completely disregarded.

As someone with 145+ iq, I can say IQ is total horseshit. It was made by psychologists who publish papers with a 50% irreproducibility rate. They literally just spitballed categories intelligence could have and unsurprisingly found that their random metric had some correlations with income and educational success and does not improve the more you take it. This may sound impressive until you realize anything that even remotely tests your educational aptitude in any way would have the same results. The last part which is always upheld as the cornerstone of IQs legitimacy is also stupid as almost no one improves on most tests without studying for them upon retaking. (and reminder, if you prepare for IQ tests you will indeed get better at them)
