I'm a Math major, I like proofs and things that can logically follow. I have recently become interested in incels and their culture, and I have found that they really like using evo psych and social psychology as a justification for their black pill ideology, but I'm not buying it.

I have read through the study through sci-hub and the whole thing just seems to lack any rigor. How can you extrapolate such a huge claim using such a small sample size? How do I know there isn't a class/income/race bias? How do I know the photos presented really accurately displayed three levels of attractiveness? How can you even draw such a huge conclusion "Looks are more important than personality" by showing someone a photo, which encapsulates looks quite well, and compare it to writing three sentences about someone in order to encapsulate personality. Richard Feynman was right, Psychology is a cargo cult science. Incels came about because of shitty evo psych and cargo cult science.
