I don't think it converges.
We set [math]f(n)= \Sigma _{p ~ prime, ~ p<n}\frac{p}{n}[/math].
Then, for a prime p, [math]f(p+1)-f(p)[/math] should go to one when [math]p[/math] goes to infinity.
