White women are by far the most attractive of any race. People that say they prefer Latinas are usually referencing Hispanics with a lot of European decent, and less native American decent.
I don't even need to explain black women, they are almost universally considered the least attractive.
Some asian women can put up a good fight, I'd even wager to say the upper extremes of Asians are more attractive than the upper extremes of European whites, but on average it is not close. They have so much variety, blondes, redheads, brunettes, blue eyes, green eyes, hazel eyes, brown eyes. It is just not a fair comparison.
