let p be a an odd prime and <span class="math">n \geq 1[/spoiler] with p-1 not dividing n, then apparently:
<div class="math">\sum_{k=1}^{\frac{p-1}{2}} k^{2n}</div>
is divisible by p and I have no clue why.
