Have taken an honors Calculus 1 class (from a state school, not a prestigious one), it seems pretty standard as far as the material goes. Have never taken highschool Calc and have only self-studied it, so I can't say how it really compares. However, I have found the problems to be pretty standard and like >>9249970 has said they will demonstrate basic proofs for the theorems which you will be using (Such as L'hopital's rule and the Mean value theorem). These proofs are not rigorous, difficult to understand. and have never been tested. The problems you are tested on also are pretty standard (and as I found it) have never wandered into very difficult territory, simply only relying on applying the methods you have been taught in a straightforward manner with little cleverness demanded in the thinking except for the few problems which the teacher put in as a challenge for the students. The Calculus class I took tested material/problems ranging from basic intuitions to serve as an intoduction into derivatives all the way to volumes of revolution.
