TAKE MAGNESIUM NOT MELATONIN FFS
I HAVE TO POST THIS LIKE EVERY DAY ON THIS GOD DAMN BOARD.
IT LITERALLY REGULATES YOUR MELATONIN LEVELS. TOO MUCH MELATONIN WITH TOO LITTLE MAGNESIUM BACKFIRES. MELATONIN IS FOR 3RD SHIFT WORKERS AND JET LAG. Taking melatonin daily is literally woman-tier logic and just retarded and people only do it because they hear about other people doing it or going oh it works so well! You know what else works well? benadryl, sleeping pills etc, it isn't addressing the problem itself it is merely preparing your body for sleep. Take. Magnesium. And no, a few almonds or whatever isn't enough, it should be at least 250mg a day. Magnesium glycinate is the best but any form should help. Also make sure you aren't low on glycine. Especially if you're a vegetarian. Collagen helps me with this but you could satisfy that other ways as well.
