My personal opinion is that I detest how everyone automatically defaults to non-organic, whereas, organic is easier to do in the foreseeable future and you don't forfeit the worldly pleasures that make existence more interesting.
SENS makes more sense than "transferring" yourself into a metal box, which, by the way, wouldn't be transferring, but copying.
So, unless you want to commit suicide to then give your memory-clone a metal box, go ahead. But if you actually care about transhumanism, organic transhumanism is the way to go.
