Am I just a bad engineer? I feel like shit

>be me, 24, industrial & systems engi graduate
>get first engineering job, about a year in now
>its way harder than I expected because I have to be everywhere at once
>constantly learning "the right way" to do things
>spend a fuckton of time on gd&t because I don't know the strategies to make a good drawing
>fumbling quality control rules even though I try my hardest to keep the books straight
>constantly backtracking statements because I don't know the answer
>forgot most of what I learned in college, only remember fragments of what I should
>unsure how to design solutions to things and just follow what my seniors say
>feel like i'm behind a lot of my mechanical & electrical coworkers

I don't know, bros. I really like what I do, but I'm just so green in a company with so much veterancy. Is it a time thing, or should I be putting my efforts elsewhere? At the very least I am picking up a lot and getting exposure to a lot of shit. I helped pass a quality audit "with merit" and I am somehow fumbling my way forward by using my natural leadership skills to rally the spergs or teach them things I got taught.
