Technically it is a trick question because two individuals with the same IQ do not always have the same distribution of abilities or specific talents. This is something that smoothbrains who blindly support IQ don't understand. Typically IQ best correlates to abilities spacial/mathematical abilities. But this is not always the case and this is where multiple intelligences argument has a leg to stand on.

By the way the answer is neither one is more intelligent. Depending on the traits even if both are mathematically gifted one could be more inclined to geometrical analysis while the other is more inclined to algebraic analysis. At that point it would depend on the job in question they would apply for.
