You're spamming heterogeneous data subject to wildly different sampling biases and thinking you're making a cohesive argument. No, the fact that rural/urban attainment differences exist (in terms of college DEGREES, which are hardly a proxy for intelligence or IQ), doesn't invalidate the existence of a racial schism. The fact that blacks are more likely to be urban, whites more likely to be rural, and whites STILL outperform blacks significantly makes your argument and deflection that much absurd.
