While lower IQs are less intelligent, the higher you go in IQ you also have increasing rates of mental illness.
My standard is pretty low dude, have an average IQ of 90-ish.
If you want to be pedantic you can make it 100 but higher than that I think you'd have newfound issues we haven't foreseen because no such society has existed.

Natural selection doesn't exist in society anymore, modern medicine did away with that.
Word on the vine is China is going to go hardcore in with designer babies, a friend in biochemistry was telling me he's seen a stream of Chinese names on papers to do with anything genetic.

Whether white soapbox standing-on pearl clutchers like it or not, gene manipulation *is* going to happen and once the Chinese monetize it, you'll have money all over the world pouring in and then costs will start decreasing, more people will want it for fear of being left behind by those who have it.

A Chinese researcher summed it up best
