It centers me. It's just now starting to get comfortable after months of the skin on the bottom of my feet stinging. The best thing about it is that it doesn't even feel liek exercise. The faggiest part about it is i don't know if i've been addicted to the misery or a victim of it. Reverting back to caveman mode is sorting me out good.
