How does the same non physical structure (a mind) is preserved even after all their physical atoms are replaced when all their neurons are replaced by age?

How do I keep the same memories and thoughts and ideas from when I was 15 when not a single cell of that body is now in my 33 body?

And how does this collection of memories and personality causes, if It's not physically stored in the atoms that makes the neurons (because I don't have any of the atoms my 8 year old had right now) cause physical phenomena like me masturbating to anime?
