My EE uncle gets this alot at family reunions:

>Oh, you did electrical engineering?
>Why did the power go out?
>Which wire is the best wire?
>Can you fix the lightbulbs around my house?
>What is the best way if wiring that will save me power?

Hello /sci/,

I am currently doing a pre-med programme in the Netherlands, with the intention to pursue my ambitions for Medicine.

For me, it was the first time living independent and hence I had some trouble starting up with pre-med. I picked up a lot of bad grades such as drug usage and smoking.

I just got some grades back, and so far it's a C, C+, and an A-, and I also expect the fourth grade to be not much higher than a C. For this reason, I already kind of fucked up my GPA.

If I only get A's from now should this be a problem for the admission to a master of medicine? Because they will look at my grade list and see that I had a really rough start. Because I did excellent on the last exams so I know I can do it. I feel so depressed right now.
