You have no previous life because infinite space is what we came from and in infinity the variables of permanent pain and no death are there, hence the only assured reexistence is your next one, but from what did you come from if you had no previous life ? Well yes but it still brings the shit pile of problems. For example:
Tech that extends life is expensive so in the beginning only rich could afford it. With extended lifetimes rich make more money and fund more research. And oc because such research is never funded by governments but rather large companies such tech would from the beginning be in the hands of the rich. Rich would extend their life then make more money and in turn fund more research. So only VERY small percentage of people would have access to such tecnology. And they would set its price. Of corse that would anger the rest of the world.... See where im going with this? This tech could cause a lot of unhappiness, wars and revolutions and i BET that this would only benefit those that pses said tech.

Of corse this is just dumbed down interpretation of this problem. And this is only a drop in the sea of crises at the dawn of immortality.

Why are people so fucking retarded when it comes to the concept of dimensions?

1D, 2D, 3D etc refers to SPATIAL DIMENSIONS. 4D would be like 3D but with another axis of direction, 5D would have one more axis than 4D, 6D another and so on.

in 3D we have XYZ axes, in 4D you would have XYZ and let's say A, 5D would be XYZAB, 6D XYZABC...
