All observable phenomenon in our universe have so far been hard deterministic, according to all tests ever done.

Even if quantum mechanics creates a sort of "randomness", it does not mean it is not deterministic - it just means that we do not yet know the underlying mechanism that makes it function as it does. And EVEN if it is truly randomness, that in no way supports the existence of free will - in fact it has nothing to do with the matter.

Humans beings are not magical. There is no soul. We are biological robots, and ALL our actions are mere reactions to sensory stimuli.

Probably social acceptance in some form or another. Making permanent markings on your skin makes it more likely to find a mate that has such markings too. But evolution does not have a purpose to everything; in fact a great many things cannot be explained away with "evolution made us do it". If a trait will make it more likely that you make children, it is more likely to survive, and if that trait makes it less likely to breed offspring, it will more likely disappear.
