High IQ is only one of the many desirable qualities race-conscious whites are attempting to preserve in their people. While it's true that a eugenics program targeting the stupid would also naturally address its own race's stupidity, there are many roles to be filled by non-geniuses and a civilization where those roles are also filled with admirable white people instead of awful violent Africans is more desirable for obvious reasons. The lower quality of service - even lower quality of simple human interaction - you receive when dealing with nonwhites is intuitively obvious to even the most deluded antiracists.
